New Your Sour Jelly

Flavor Profile

We've modernized the New York Sour cocktail elevating it from the 1870s to put our twist on this boozy jelly. It still includes all the well loved ingredients: red wine, whiskey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. This small-batch, limited release, red blend wine jelly has been infused with whiskey to create red and dark fruit flavors combined with layers of maple and spice, giving way to a long, clean finish.

Suggestions for Uses

• Try it with honey to glaze barbecued ribs

• Top Gruyere cheese

• Use it as a sauce for lump blue crab cakes

• Mix with olive oil to replace your Waldorf Salad dressing
