We brought in the big guns, incorporating ultra-hot habanero peppers into this jelly. The sweetness from carrots and bell peppers helps balance the spice for a flavor heat seekers will love. Give your taste buds a big kick by adding this jelly to appetizers, cheese plates or glazes. A scorching hot, savory jelly!

  • Combine 1 tablespoon with 4 tablespoons Peach Chutney and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger and melt over the stove top for 1-2 minutes stirring. This makes a good dipping sauce for fried chicken wings, won ton, and dim sum. Great as a marinade for hibachi shrimp and chicken.

  • Hot Dipping Sauce: Makes 5 tablespoons- Combine 4 tablespoons Peach Chutney, 1 tablespoon Habanero Jelly (or to taste), and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger and melt over the stove top for 1-2 minutes stirring. This makes a good dipping sauce for fried chicken wings, won ton, and dim sum. Great as a marinade for hibachi shrimp and chicken.
