Suggestions for Uses

  • Try it as a cake filling; it's a great way to liven up a plain yellow cake

  • Glaze for grilled chicken

  • Spread on fresh, warm bread, toast, and crackers

  • Make PB & J sandwiches

  • Use the jelly as the filling of a homemade Mountain Dew PopTarts

  • Make jelly-filled donuts and glazed with the jelly

  • Give iced tea a fruit flavor by stirring in 1 to 2 teaspoons of jelly

  • Stir a dollop of Jelly into a bowl of oatmeal

  • Sweet and sour sauce, combine 1/2 cup of jelly, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup of wine vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
